Organization

One thing that I really do now is to 

organize

myself differently regarding my meals...




  • I shop more frequently, with a shopping list 
=> which means I open my fridge before going, I check what is missing... you know... BASICS ^^

  • I cook mostly during the weekend
=> which means I wash, cut, peel, cook, prepare containers, use zipper bags to keep everything almost ready... prepare, cook and freeze...

  • I bought a lot of small containers

  • I keep my soups, apple desserts (and more) ready... in the freezer 



  • I keep slices of brown bread in a Zipper bag, and I freeze it
=> SO, I always have bread ready to eat
=> I just put the frozen slice in the TOASTER




  • Some crispbread are just very bad BUT this one is very good !
    => and you can keep it in a zipper bag too :)



  • French Dressing / Vinaigrette :)
=> Prepare and keep in the fridge in a closed container
=> you can also add dry herbs (thyme, basil, parsley)

What you need:

Olive oil: 5 soup spoon
Balsamic vinegar: 2 soup spoon
mustard: 1 tea spoon
salt, pepper 
VoilĂ  !














  • On the top of your salad or dessert
=> keep almonds and cashew nuts in your fridge 





  • Keep some dark chocolate in your fridge
=>You can add it on the top of your dessert ;)
