I used to 'not have time for breakfast' 
=> BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE ! 



Now I take the time to 

sit down and enjoy 

my first meal of the day :) 


I don't eat the same thing every morning... Let's see... 


Oats with milk + fruits + nuts + dedicated coconut

How to cook oatmeal ??

Milk + instant oatmeal and...
2 minutes in the microwave :)






Coffee with a splash of milk, fresh orange juice, toast

Coffee with a splash of milk, fresh orange juice, toast with Nutella ;)

Orange and pineapple juice, toast



Apple, cereal with milk, one toast

From Tesco, was good :)

Plum and apple, cereal with milk, black coffee 



Hot chocolate, fresh apple and tomato juice, toast

What about a healthy hot chocolate 

to start the day with energy ! 




What you need: 

  • Milk
  • Honey
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder





Fresh orange and grapefruit juice, black tea, cheese omelet with one brown bread 

2 minutes !! 
omelet (1 egg) with cheese



Fruit Juices




First juice with Chia seed :)
