I watched the movie Hungry for change in February 2013, I had lost already about 10 kilos at that time.

But it gave me some new ideas : 

  • Detox and relax :) 
For 1 or 2 days, clean your whole body, I did it on weekends mostly, drink juices only, watch comedies, drink tea, call or skype a friend, treat you, hair and face... You know the all beauty rituals that help you pamper yourself ! :)


:-) why not ??
  • Vegetable juice
I tried and it actually tastes good ! And you feel like so good after you drink it that you feel like you could move a mountain or something like that :)


  • Post-it and pics on your bathroom mirror  :)
That was very encouraging to look at the pictures from the past and to visualize my future body... You can also use pictures of a body that you would like to have! 



I was also inspired by this one ! :)
