Creamy Cauliflower Mash


WHAT YOU NEED
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • Garlic: 1 or 2 cloves
  • Milk: 1 liter


cut into florets...

put the florets in a pan...

Add the milk...


Cook it until it's tender...
(a knife should easily pierce it)

While waiting (about 10-15 minutes) 
=> take random pictures in your kitchen :)

Ready... so...


Put the florets... 

in the blender/mixer


Add the garlic...
 (I added 5 cloves =>  it was very strong!)


Process for 1-2 minutes until smooth...


add milk if needed to loosen... 


it looks good now...



You can add what you like now:


I have tried this with Butter and it’s still quite good but you need a lot more Butter than Ghee to get an intense flavor. Plus, the Ghee is not as heavy so the whipped cauliflower stays light and fluffy :)
